  Disliked: The hotel advertised a picture of the Eiffel Tower, but failed to mention they only have one room which has a view of it. I find that to be misleading.

  The staff were wonderful, there are fancy hotels that won’t do the customer service these amazing people do

  Not happy, you won't be either

  Liked: It had a two-person elevator

  Disliked: Not the room I expected Tiny bathroom, tight bedroom, no place for luggage, floor in hall sinks when you walk on it, terrible view, was told the view of the tower room I understood I was getting higher up was a 1 year waiting list for it, I felt bait and switch. Other room option had a loud hall fan others moved out of because of it.

  Liked: It was very nice to enjoy the Tour Eiffel view from the room. The staffs are all very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent (close by station and supermarket) Highly recommend👍

  Disliked: There is no fridge in the room.
