  Very convenient position in heart of Paris. Fine for a short stay

  Liked: VEry convenient location. Bed was very comfy. Great shower

  Disliked: Room was tiny, no airconditioning, no English speaking channels on TV and could not find subtitles.

  Liked: The location was excellent, in a lovely and elegant neighbourhood, with easy access to public transport and Paris’s main attractions. The reception area was beautifully presented and created a very welcoming first impression.

  Disliked: I expected a higher standard of cleanliness, and I felt the rooms could have been better maintained and presented to match the lovely reception area. The lack of motion-sensor lighting on the stairs was also concerning, as it made going up to the room feel rather uncomfortable and a little unsafe, especially in the evening.

  Good location, but a tiny room with very limited facilities

  Liked: The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, in a nice area. It was suitable for a one-night stay in terms of location.

  Disliked: The room was extremely small, and we couldn’t even open our suitcase comfortably. The facilities were very limited, with no kettle or tea/coffee-making facilities, and the TV had limited options. There was only a tiny lift for luggage, and one of the towels was torn. Charging our phones was also difficult due to the limited and inconveniently positioned power outlets. We also noticed some unpleasant street behaviour nearby at night, including people urinating on walls. Overall, while the location was convenient, the room size and lack of basic amenities made our stay less comfortable than expected.

  Disliked: Staff did not answer phones, would not provide toilet paper. Floors were full of mold and dust. Lights did not work in hallways.
