  served its purpose. functional

Liked: Practical for the area I needed to be at.

Disliked: I had booked one day prior for an early check in the next day. Staff on shifts had poor communication between them despite leaving notes with the request. The rooms were not allocated so check in took a while. AC's did not work in the rooms. We were then moved to other rooms. Overall it was ok. I've stayed at VOCO in Osaka and this was not anywhere close in terms of aesthetic and professionalism.
