Liked: My late arrival (2.00 am) was greeted by a key safe, a code and a key giving access to my room. Absolutely brilliant and what a relief. I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years where the staff understand hospitality and will go the extra mile with a smile on their faces. For me it’s a 10 out of 10 every time. Always a big thank you from me.

  Disliked: I liked it all.

A reasonable place to stay for one night

  Liked: Clean room, basic kitchen

Disliked: No air conditioning and the room was very hot. Staff were unfriendly. TV remote didn't work and the shower would not stay on its hook.

Angriest stopover hotel in Pau when travelling with our dogs

Liked: For us this was an ideal stopover hotel with our dogs on the way from Portugal to Amsterdam. Great location, lively surroundings. Friendly staff. Free parking in a closed parking area.

Disliked: The rooms are starting to show their age - especially the bathroom.
