  Good stay

Liked: Great size room, separate sleeping area for the children which was good. Large, clean shower/bathroom. Breakfast was reasonable.

Disliked: Room was very hot. Need AC/ better ventilation.

Very warm during the summer and old building

Liked: The breakfast was very nice and well equipped. Having a parking spot was a nice detail.

Disliked: The room was extremely warm because there was a heat wave during our stay and there was no air conditioning. The building and the rooms are rather old and worn out.

  Extremely frustrating communication

Liked: The flat is nice. The kitchen offers everything you need for one night (which in my case is a kettle, haha).

Disliked: We had no instructions of getting into the flat and where to park. The only reason we eventually got in was pure luck - other guests helped us with the door code and also the code of the safe where our keys were in. The (probably automatic) information email that the reception closes at 7pm was sent at 8:30pm - wouldn’t have been much fun to stand outside the place you booked for one and a half hours without information of how to get inside. We explained the situation in the morning and they started a bit of a discussion of how it wasn’t entirely their fault, and gave us the parking for free (which should have been included in the price anyway). They were friendly though.

Liked: The employees were nice and they call before to know and help us with the check in.

Disliked: I went during a heat wave, the hotel just have a fan per room, maybe helping with something extra would be good.
