Liked: I was disappointed and expected from hotel in 5 star rank, that there were no extras in the bathroom such as toothpaste or toothbrush, facial cleansing pads, and earpicks.

Liked: We had a memorable stay at Hotel Grand Barrail. The service was impeccable from start to finish. The entire property is stunningly beautiful and exceptionally well-maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable, with one of the best hotel beds we’ve ever slept on. We absolutely loved our time here, which was relaxing and rejuvenating, and we hope to return!
