  Liked: The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. The pool area, the lobby and bar are nice places to relax after a day in town. The daily breakfast is substantial, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

  Expensive and dated, depending which receptionist will also inpact your stay

  Liked: Great room size with one of the rooms we stayed in, the other was small but cute. The two receptionist when we booked in were really lovely and friendly

  Disliked: Both rooms did smell, the attic room really had a bad smell of damp and the larger room even though clean did smell of body odour. The receptionist on check out was unfortunately rude, did not tell us that to book a taxi it needed to be booked at least 2hrs in advance, we had to walk 1.5miles from the hotel with all our bags to the train station. Also when we asked could we check out 30mins later as we were waiting on our insurance company to give us the go ahead to book travel back to the UK as our car had broken down it was a straight no. Also for the price of the rooms for no breakfast to be included was really rather surprising
