Location and hotel are lovely, bus service just needs fine tuning

Liked: Location is lovely! Close wall to the large mall. Bakery near by. Play park near by.

Disliked: The bus shuttle service was very hit and miss. Very annoying when you have young kids that need to get back to the hotel. 2 evenings on the trot we planned to get a bus back, we were there 5 or 10 mins early and no bus turned up.

A beautiful stay with just a few niggles

Liked: Fantastic location, near a really nice shop. Free shuttle to Disneyland saved €30 parking. We really enjoyed shopping the village and Val d'Europe nearby too. Beautiful buildings and surroundings. Main bed was really comfy. Staff very friendly and happy to help. Aesthetics of the hotel also beautiful. Towels large and fluffy - always a bonus!

Disliked: Little things. Surrounding area very new and still being built. Shuttle was too overcrowded - they need a booking system. It was anxiety-inducing - everyone just crammed on. Bar was closed the night we arrived which was a shame. Sofa bed was very noisy - needs an oil, kept us up with our son sharing in the studio. Shower door a bit wierd - opened outwards and took the bathroom mat with it so navigating the bathroom after the shower was a bit tricky.
