Guest reviews
Good
Liked: Great location, 4 minutes away to Disney Land by car. There are a lot of shops next to and some nice restaurants. Staff was very polite, especially the lady who checked us in on the 30th evening (apologies did not catch the name).
Good and mostly comfortable
Liked: Apartment was very comfy and clean
Disliked: No hot water before 7am when there were 6 people trying to have a shower before the first shuttle bus at 8.30am. We expected a toaster to make toast for breakfast.
Liked: Location to Disneyland Paris. The front desk gives you guidance on catching the free shuttle bus to Disney.
Disliked: Hallway had a foul odor, but not in the rooms. Breakfast was very busy with long line. We had to wait for an open table. The staff kept doing their best to keep tables clean, but people do not clean after themselves.
Liked: The location is the biggest advantage of the property. Its right next to Val d'Europe which has access to the outlet. Disney shuttle bus is typically 2 min walking from the hotel & the ride is nearly 7 mins away from disney land. Overall we found the property a good value for money
Disliked: The hygiene. There was an unpleasant smell in the corridor between the rooms. The hotel needs high maintenance & the room was very tight. Also the idea of separating the toilet from the shower & the sink is very unpractical
Liked: It was a comfortable stay with Easter cress to DisneyLand via the shuttle bus. Comfortable apartments with good kitchen facilities and a comfy bed.
Liked: Location
Disliked: Staff poor attention, breakfast area was not clean.
