Liked: The hotel is a bit tired but is being refurbished next year. The proximity to the park is great and the log cabin feel is great

Liked: Staff very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is lovely and the kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Great bar area and so close to the parks. Enjoyed our stay.

Liked: Positives - staff super friendly, convenient location for walking to parks, we enjoyed buffet for dinner, slide in pool for kids. Negatives - one small lift for getting from ground entry level from parks to reception area which with number of prams is not adequate, decor outdated.

Liked: The hotel is nice and only a 10 minute walk to the parks which was very convenient. The beds were comfy but the rooms especially the bathrooms are overdue a refurbish.
