  Liked: The accommodation was located right in the city centre. The key was in a lockbox, ready for us to collect upon arrival. The bathroom was exclusively for our room, but located across the hallway. Comfortable beds, but breakfast was not available. We were able to do our laundry using the washing machine, which was very useful during our cycling trip. We could store our bikes in the courtyard—fortunately, it didn't rain:-).

  Great location I wish they would invest more in the properties since they have so much potential

  Disliked: I was there from the 13-21 no one came to clean it ones. The bathroom shower had sewage gases leaking out so I had to cover the drain daily after shower.

  Liked: The location is fantastic

  Disliked: The hotel needs maintenance on every corner. The staff is impossible to reach. Room cleaning is happening if you're lucky. Any requests by email or via Booking are completely ignored. The telephone is never picked up. I had to get in touch with the admin from the owner of the group to get my toilet paper replenished. The room was big but had a super mini bathroom. Impossible to get into the shower unless you're super slim.
