A cozy, spacious & wonderfully equipped apartment with excellent service, despite a few minor quirks

Liked: We had an overall great experience staying here for five nights in Augsburg with our family of four. The apartment was very cozy and offered plenty of space. Everything was spotless, including the bed linens, and the kitchen was incredibly well-equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, and even a CO2 water machine. A nice bonus is that the tap water is safe and good to drink. We really enjoyed the great balcony, the convenience of nearby shops, and having a dedicated parking spot inside the small courtyard. Communication was excellent; their AI chat instantly answered basic questions, and the 24/7 human staff was very quick to respond to other inquiries.

Disliked: There were a few minor drawbacks to note. The floors are highly sensitive, meaning you can feel the vibrations of people walking in other rooms and even in the adjacent apartment, which is noticeable during quiet hours at night. Additionally, there was a consistent odor coming from the bathroom. Lastly, the apartment was missing a hairdryer despite it being listed in the booking description; we asked support about it, and while they promised to bring one, it never arrived. Overall, the positives heavily outweighed the negatives, making it a very comfortable base for our trip.

Highly recommended to anyone. Perfect stay

Liked: Well - it's a fully equipped apartment so you just go there and stay as long as you need to. Inside is everything what you need. Location is very good with tram station nearby, so you can easy get to the center. Parking spot is also included so no problem with the car. Bed is OK. WiFi is more then enough. And most important price - 50 euro per night is just perfect.
