  Good for a short stay

  Liked: 24/7 access to the coffee machine in the canteen, free coffee, which was really good! Clean, easy and contactless access to the hotel and the room at any time.

  do not recommend this accommodation to anyone. Avoid this place at all costs!

  Disliked: Absolutely Horrible Experience – Do Not Recommend! I have travelled a lot, but I have never experienced anything this terrible. This place is an absolute disgrace. When I arrived, I had not received an email with the box number or the access code needed to enter the accommodation. There was no reception, and I was left waiting for two hours for someone to help me. The phone number only led to an automated answering service, and I could not get proper assistance. The cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable. Everything was dirty. The mirrors were filthy, the toilet and washbasin were dirty, and there was no toilet paper, no tissues, and no soap. The window blinds were broken and hanging down. This place does not meet even the most basic standards of accommodation. I cannot understand how anyone can offer guests such conditions and call it a hotel. After travelling to so many places, this is by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I strongly advise people not to book this accommodation. I would never stay here again. Absolutely appalling. Avoid this place.

  Very disappointed!

  Liked: The location is stellar and so is the free coffee and water. The only employee there tried his best and was very friendly, so was the cleaning lady, even though she did not speak any German or English, communication could only happen via her translate app on her phone.

  Disliked: Single room #16, DO NOT BOOK!! Black mold in shower, shower curtain moldy and severely dirty, this used to be an enclosed shower with a sliding door, now door removed and curtain attached with rod above the pre-existing door frame, TV did not work, private balcony was accessable by other guests, night stand light did not work, headboard of bed was severely worn, cobwebs above bed, water stains on ceiling, no fan/ventilator provided (and there was a heat wave), no direct help or conversation responses with major issues from owner! Was told through employee from owner that I didn't pay much, so I should not expect much! But there aren't any room/comfort categories to choose from, only how many beds. SO: if you pay less than $50 expect to get the worst room! I stayed here last year and had the perfect room: room#1, Even though the guest staying there while I was there mentioned that the TV stopped working after 5 min of use! This property changed management since summer 2025 and severely went down hill! NO swimming pool, NO sauna! NO breakfast offered, even though it is mentioned in the welcome email/message once you check-in! A family arrived late at night and had booked a ajoining room only to have guests staying in one of the rooms already, they had to split up the family until resolved! My stay was certainly NOT the only issue!

  Cozy and comfortable stay

  Liked: The staff was helpful and the room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. There was a lot of natural light during the day and also cozy lighting for the night. The bed was super comfortable as well. Inside the bathroom there was an electric heater that was helpful in order to dry some clothes and get warmed up.

Good to know

Please inform the hotel of your expected arrival time in advance. From Mondays to Thursdays, reception is open between 12:00 and 20:30. On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, reception is open between 09:00 and 17:30. (If the reception is not occupied by 8:30 p.m., the reception will be occupied from 6:30 a.m. the following day).

Please note that the bathrooms at the property does not have wheelchair access. The dining area is also difficult to access by wheelchair.

When booking more than 6 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
