Great location with generous room size, great small kitchenette with fridge and coffee pod machine, room and stairwell n

Liked: Great central location, comfortable bed and pillow, kitchenette facilities very good.

Disliked: Poor communication with host, no responses to questions, hard to locate main customer service phone number, personal wifi needed to connect to wifi, wifi details displayed in room are not up to date, floors and some surfaces were not cleaned, staircase dirty, no privacy in ground floor room with people walking past on footpath near road, no key access safe outside the apartment for easy access to room on arrival.

Beautiful room, clean and great location

Liked: The design was high quality and beautiful interior design. The bathroom and shower was excellent and easy to use. Good facilities such as hand soap and shower gel etc. the location was great and it easy to access from the train station. Haribos are a nice touch.

Disliked: No sheet on the bed, just a mattress protector. Not a full set of cutlery or crockery. Whilst the design and idea is superb. The quality control for these finer details are lacking. As we visited in an unusual heat wave (it was 34 degs and over for our entire 3 night stay!). The fan was very poor and we asked numerous times for another one. It was not delivered. The apartment was unbearable at times. We put the WiFi code in, copied from the reservation information numerous times and it didn’t work. Turns out you didn’t need the spaces. But the staff at the end of the enquiry line did not know this either. In the end we figured it out. The apartment was good, it’s just the extra level of assistance that was lacking for me.

Spa like stay with bathtub and comfy bed - great hosts - definitely will come back to Boutique Rooms

Liked: It’s very luxurious. We felt very comfortable. The bathtub is definitely a highlight of the room. We also loved the little tea and coffee table they had. I loved the big open room with much sunlight coming through the big windows. We also received little sweets on the bed - the staff was very thoughtful. We can definitely recommend the place.

Disliked: Nothing, it was very neat.

If you are not going to fix it just tell me

  Liked: Included below

Disliked: Read the other comments. I am not going to report anything new. I am not a picky person. I travel the world and have stayed in some really sketchy places. This place has quite a bit going for it, but there are some issues that need to be addressed. I wouldn't write this if I didn't believe in the potential of this lodging. For over a year others have reported various maintenance issues. For example the broken curtain. This is a ground floor room on a pedestrian sidewalk. That curtain needs to be fixed. Now, before another guest appears. It's not that hard and it is a reflection of the maintenance of the facility! There have been multiple reports of unstable or no WiFi. Simply stated, there is no WiFi. There is no streaming service on the television either. I tried to get it fixed. Even rebooted the router/modem. Multiple msgs back and forth. Lots of promises but no action. Just before I checked out I received a message with new passwords and links. Sorry, the links were in the television and didn't have an Internet connection. I already reported that fact. If you depend on the Wi-Fi as I do this is a deal breaker. Stable and reliable Wi-fi is not that hard to accomplish and is essential in today's world. If you can't provide Wi-Fi or streaming service then please don't advertise it as available. The apartment is lovely, roomy and modern. Let's get serious though, why a bathtub in an open room? Especially since the room lacked decent seating and no wardrobe. The chairs at the table are some of the most uncomfortable chairs, unstable and flimsy. Put in a wardrobe, a divan and decent kitchen table chairs. This is a consistent statement in other reviews. The bed is comfortable, the shower great, the kitchenette well stocked, it is clean and comfortable! The lighting problems have been well documented, no need for me to elaborate. It doesn't take much to fix the reported issues. The pricing was excellent.
