Guest reviews
Very good
Bed
Liked: Location
Disliked: Not clean and its old hotel.
Really pleasant
Liked: Everything was of exceptional high standards
Overall, I had a very good stay at this hotel. I would recommend this hotel to others too
Liked: I particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, the facilities, the quality of the food, and the location. These aspects contributed significantly to a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Disliked: The main area that could be improved is the communication at reception. On two occasions, I found the communication rather rigid and somewhat unfriendly, with a defensive and occasionally judgmental approach before fully understanding the guest’s situation. A more flexible, attentive, and guest-oriented approach would greatly improve the overall experience. I also found the information in booking.com regarding car parking somewhat ambiguous. Parking is indicated as available, but it is not sufficiently clear in advance whether it is free of charge or subject to an additional fee, also the number of parking places. Providing clearer information about this would help guests better plan their stay and avoid misunderstandings.
Good value for money, nice hotel, with good breakfast
Liked: It was good, easy to find, clean
Disliked: It was all fine
Liked: Good value for money
Disliked: F&B hygiene
Liked: Breakfast if fine. location is close to the city center but not right in the city center, like 5 minute walk.
Disliked: room facing busy road, quite noisy. Shower quite worn out, renovation was long time ago.
