Disliked: Puce Cleanliness & Hygiene: The room was filthy, smelled awful, and there were even insects inside. Puce Room & Bathroom Size: Both the room and the bathroom were tiny and extremely small. Puce Facilities & Amenities: Zero hospitality. No complimentary water, no electric kettle, and no coffee maker (neither in the room nor at reception). Puce Noise & Comfort: It felt like a low-quality shared apartment, not a hotel. There was constant noise all night. Puce Value for Money: Totally overpriced for such a terrible experience
Budget stay in Augsburg
Liked: Hotel was close to the main train station, and well connected for transport around the city. The rooms were fine for the price, and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: I found the rooms not especially clean, as the toilet seat was still dirty from previous guests. The hairdryer also had loose hairs still wrapped around it. The rooms were not very soundproofed, as there seems to be a shared vent with the room next door - their TV was audible through the wall. The corridor outside was also easy to hear throughout the night, as was the bar across an alley from one of the rooms which was loud until after 3am and blocked by the windows.
Perfect location for us. Convenient and comfortable
Liked: It was clean and perfect for our requirements.
Disliked: The staff weren’t as smart and friendly as they were in 2022 when we stayed there. Now they were much more casual.

Hotel may be great but how it is managed not
Liked: Nothing. For one of great chain Hotels this one and its Manager are amberesing.
Disliked: I booked the hotel on the day of arrival and received a booking confirmation. When I arrived to check in at around 11 p.m., the Hotel manager literally told me: “We have no available rooms. Goodbye.” I understand that technical issues can happen, but his attitude was unacceptable. He showed no sympathy or willingness to help to find a solution, even though it was almost midnight. Such a disgrace for such big Hotel to damage its own reputation for a cost of a one Night stay.
