  The only thing that lets down this hotel more than its lack of facilities is its management. The manager

  Liked: Absolutely nothing, it was dreadful.

  Disliked: It has no staff and the facilities are well below par. I was left with no way of accessing the hotel when I arrived at night. I had to demand to speak to the manager the next day because he was initially too arrogant to talk to me. When I complained about the terrible experience I had he threatened to call the police.

  Hotel nice but check in terrible

  Liked: Location was good and had secure parking. Rooms were nice and breakfast was good

  Disliked: It had a self check in system which wouldn’t have been a problem but I was given no information or door codes to access the hotel, there was a tel. no to call but just automated messages. Finally managed to speak to someone after an hour

  Tired hotel desperately understaffed

  Liked: It was ok ish

  Disliked: It took nearly an hour to check in, there was one very helpful lady on reception but she had to go and sort something out. So several people waited nearly an hour.

  Liked: I liked every thing. It's near alomst every thing too. And quiet.

  Disliked: I would hoped to find a Hotel slippers in the room and a toothbrush for emergencies,but there was none.
