Very good
Liked: Good location. Comfortable room with plenty of space. Helpful having a fridge. This was my second stay here as found it convenient previously.
Disliked: Lacked the personal tuch. No car parking.
A spotless, private and very comfortable stay in a beautiful central location
Liked: The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The bed linen was changed regularly, and water, toiletries and coffee capsules were always replenished. I also really appreciated the discreet service and the high level of privacy: there was very little contact with staff, while everything was taken care of perfectly. This is especially valuable for guests who enjoy peace, privacy and minimal interaction.
Disliked: The only downside was the street noise. There are several restaurants and bars on the square below, and people can stay outside until quite late. This is not really the hotel’s fault, but light sleepers should be aware of it. There is no built-in air conditioning, although a portable cooling unit is provided in the room.
Loved staying there, would definitely go again
Liked: Great location in the town centre, beautiful large room, stunning bathroom, the entire building was amazingly beautifully refurbished. Lots of very cool gadgets & finishing touches, Hästens beds!!! Nespresso machine!!! All very cool 😁
Disliked: Recommend to request a room on 2nd floor, as it gets quite loud lower down. There is no free luggage storage when arriving before check-in time; and the charged-for storage is quite costly.
Not how it’s promoted in my opinion
Liked: Good location, nice room, very clean. On the face of it, the room looked lovely.
Disliked: Places like this shouldn’t be allowed to claim they have parking, if you’re lucky you’ll find a spot on the High St (unlikely) or a small parking lot at another hotel, if not you’re a trek away especially if you have cases. You don’t really find out the parking is remote until after you book. Reception was closed, despite messages/ emails I received no check in code, no instructions, eventually got through to AI reception which was a waste of time before someone finally answered the phone that I left ringing. An hour to find parking, an age to get in to the apartment and then it was like a sauna with in inefficient air cooler making little difference.
Liked: Location, although it was very noisy. Comfortable bed. Good shower
Disliked: Very noisy, very hot.
