Very good
Disliked: My reservation was confirmed, but on arrival I was told that no room was available due to a recurring mismatch between the hotel's actual capacity and the booking system — a problem that has apparently been going on for months. The staff offered no help whatsoever, so I was left stranded in the middle of the night in a foreign city with nowhere to stay. To make matters worse, the only parking available was a ten-minute walk away.

Disliked: Hotel is under renovations. its loud at 9am.
Liked: Everything was good except that the shampoo dispenser had no shampoo in it upon arrival. Otherwise everything was great.
Liked: Interesting architecture of the building. Perfect location. 5 minutes to tram station or 20-25 minutes walk to the city center. 7 minutes walk to free parking. Near is a big park with a perfect children’s playground. Breakfast was excellent. Spacious, quiet and comfortable room.
Disliked: Maybe it would be great to have a children’s safety lock on the balcony door…or I just didn’t get how it works.
Liked: Location close to the train station, quiet place connected to the park, air conditioning, breakfast included.
Disliked: No critical issues.
