  Liked: Silke and Max made the checking in process very easy for us. They were very responsive to our queries and our request for early check in as we had our activities booked from day one.

  Nice stay

  Liked: Location was great, room was comfortable, cosy and clean. The host was very friendly and gave us a lot of tips of what to do.

  Disliked: The skylight in bedroom didn't stay open which made sleeping at night very hot even with fan on, given the price of the accommodation a working window would have been nice, as getting more fresh air into bedroom area would have made sleeping more comfortable during the heatwave.

  Liked: Our stay was wonderful. The apartment was so clean, cleaner than anywhere we had stayed before. Everything we needed was provided, and we truly felt at home. If we come back again, we will definitely stay here.

  Perfect place for active travellers who want easy access to the main train / bus station, and general amenities

  Liked: Very beautifully done up, uncluttered, functional and modern interior. Spacious bathroom, panoramic view of the mountain peaks. Just walking distance from amenities like the HBF, lovely bakery, several supermarkt and even easy hiking trails. Well stocked with everything you might need for prepping your own meals. It was so clean that it felt completely brand new.

  Disliked: There’s nothing not to like, but this accoms is better suited for active individuals. If you get the attic it’s three flights of (short) stairs. Individuals with heavy luggage’s or elderly or parents taking care of multiple young kids and have many items might struggle with this. The attic has a sloping ceiling, we bumped our heads a few times, just need to be careful.

  Disliked: Very unreliable system to receive any information on check in, lock box information and where the room is. The email stated that there would be a reception desk, however, it turned out an email was not sent to me regarding the important information.
