  Lovely place, great location. Full kitchen. But parking was 200m away (not onsite)

  Liked: Lovely place, decorated with care. Lovely host. Comfortable bed. Lovely balcony. Good location. Fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels. Large bathroom. Good washing machine. More an airbnb style than hotel.

  Disliked: Host was late and we got a bit stuck- had to park on the road to get bags out and then wasn’t sure where to take the car. The car park was 200m away (not onsite as listed). But was kind when arrived. No free toiletries as listed. Some stairs- would be tricky for anyone with mobility issues. Couldn’t get the wifi to work - the pop up page wouldn’t work.

  Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

  Liked: Liebevoll eingerichtete, kleine Ferienwohnung. Sehr sauber und hat alles was man benötigt für einen Kurzaufenthalt. Gastgeberin ist herzlich und unterstützend. Zentrum mit Restaurants ist fußläufig erreichbar.

  Disliked: Manche Möbel sehen zwar schön aus, sind aber nicht bequem.

  Pleasant Stay

  Liked: Very friendly host. The apartment was a decent size and plenty big for a couple. Very large bathroom, which was nice. We enjoyed having a washer and the drying rack worked out nicely. The host speaks perfect English. It's always good to learn some basics when traveling; however, it's refreshing to have the ability to clearly communicate. The location is perfect. A short, very doable, walk into town. We will definitely try rebooking when/if we return to Berchtesgaden.

  A lovely apartment with a fantastic host. We will be back someday

  Liked: We loved our time in this sweet little paradise. Gabriele was an amazing host; she was so easy to communicate with and was there to check us in when we arrived. We were lucky enough to be there on an evening that her vegetarian restaurant was open...and what a treat. We never expected to get a 7-course vegan meal in Germany, let alone right underneath our apartment. An absolutely treat and special memory. The location was perfect, within walking distance of town and close to some fantastic lakes, hikes, and other touristy sites. The kitchen had everything we needed to make coffee and some light snacks. The deck has a beautiful view of the mountains, and the garden area was a nice place to sit and have a glass of wine. This is a very special place.

  Disliked: One night was very hot, and we had a hard time sleeping; a fan would have helped.
