  Fantastic!!

Liked: We received a lovely warm welcome from the host, Alexandra, who spoke English. It was a lovely apartment with everything you could need included. It was spotless and well kept. The balcony off the bedroom provided us with a beautiful view of the Kehlsteinhaus and mountains, and there was very little traffic to spoil the peace with some complimentary drinks. The apartment was within walking distance of a couple of restaurants, however, there were the facilities to cook for yourself. The apartment was a little walk uphill from the centre, but there was a bus service that stopped across the road, which was free to use with the given visitors' pass, allowing us to travel around the area easily. We will definitely be returning as there is so much to see and do, regardless of the weather. Thank you both for a wonderful stay. We couldn't have asked for a better place.

  Superb

Liked: Roomy apartment with balcony in large private house outside Berchtesgaden. Bus stop - hourly service - close by. Alexandra was very friendly. No grocery shops open on Sundays.
