Nice location, a bit of refresh would be useful
Liked: Very nice location, in the middle of Berchtesgaden, with amazing view to the city. Easy to access, easy to park in the area.
Disliked: The entry of the apartment is a bit messy - you have to go behind the house to enter, and there are random stuff all around, making you question your choice. Once you`re in the apartment, all good again.
Authentic stay in an antique house near the Berchtesgaden National Park and all its gems
Liked: We really appreciated Simon’s tour around the house, which included many tips for stuff to do in the area. Further, we liked the cleanliness of the apartment as well as that there was virtually everything we needed (namely kitchen facilities). All functional.
Disliked: The house and its rooms are not the most modern. If you are looking for luxury, this place is not for you. There is a clutter around the house and on the staircase towards the host’s floor. While it seemed that each object had its intended place, it gave us an impression of disorganisation. Nothing that would significantly affect our stay. All in all, it made it feel quite authentic.

Liked: The host Simon is really great and helpful. Super nice apartment that has everything you might need. You’re very close to everything and the stay comes with free public transport access. Nice restaurants and bakeries right next to the apartment. Easy access to parking on the street below the apartment. Super comfortable beds and nice kitchen. Highly recommend!

Liked: Simon was a great host, who took the time to show us around the apartment as well as describe where the local shops and restaurants were located. He also gave us recommendations on what to see and do in the area.
Disliked: There was a lovely fireplace in the apartment but no matches or lighter to light it.
