  Lovely place. Attentive some ways other ways not

  Liked: Lovely location. View spectacular. Room was spacious, tasteful, well equipped. Easy to access even unhosted. Host left us a breakfast plate due to restaurant being closed, plus a loaf of their delicious bread. We utilized their little "farm store." Host relented and allowed me to change my day after the deadline after I discovered a booking mistake.

  Disliked: Communication was sketchy -- like "when is your advertised restaurant open?" (Closed when we came). Owner thinks 91 degrees is a " hot tub." The tub was a main reason we booked. Wi-Fi was weak. When we were leaving via one lane roads, a delivery truck and a backhoe truck blocked our only ways out. I only have English so it was hard to argue. So we missed Eagles Nest.

  Liked: Stunning location, beautiful house, very high standards accommodation. It’s a must to stay at this property if you are in this area.

  Disliked: Beautiful, high standards, cosy and best view of the Town and mountains from the balcony.

  Liked: The view was gorgeous. The room was spacious and cute. It was nice to come home after a day of hiking and go in the hot tub.

  Liked: The view from rooms 1 and 2 are splendid. There are rooms on the back, without view. The saunas an spa is fantastic. Everything here is very very nice. 3km from Kehlstein, Königssee. A jewel in apartments rental.

  Disliked: Nothing I can think of.
