Liked: Nice hotel and grounds with good friendly and helpful staff and. Very pet friendly. Good parking. Good breakfast, but let down slightly by not having a full restaurant in the evening. Limited bar snacks were good, but it seems a hotel hotel of this size could support a restaurant, particularly as there is not much else around. Overall though very good.
Perfect location and stay
Liked: Great overnight stay for a stop off. Had a lovely walk into the town, great location. Free breakfast, was upgraded to a balcony room which was spacious and clean. The hotel decor is beautiful, lots of plants. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the two reception staff we met to the restaurant staff. Bedding was very comfortable and the shower was huge with a seat! Will most certainly return.
