  Amazing, would 10/10 stay again

  Liked: The location was amazing, in the middle of centre. It did make access to and from it with the car rather difficult as this is closed between 11-19:00. Walking distance to everything. Very clean, nice family stay.

  Disliked: The beds were awfully soft and not even (felt like I was rolling to the inside of the bed). Due to the nature of the location its not a quiet place if you leave your windows open (echo from everything and everyone who walks around the building)

  Lovely house, in the historic center

  Liked: Lovely house, in the historic center. Parking space was good to have - as close as you can get to the house. Uphill from house, couple of flights of stairs direct but still only a few mins via road avoiding most stairs. Keybox arrival, 9.45am checkout inspection. During the day you can watch the tour groups stop outside to talk about the building opposite from the 1st floor terrace (spotting the inconsistencies between some guides was amusing!). In the evening a takeaway pizza outside from Castello a couple of minutes walk way and some local wine made a great evening. Curfew on the outside space at 10pm - for understandable reasons - still great to have.

  Disliked: The stairs are quite small and steep inside - fine for us but something you may want to be aware of if not great with stairs. (although the town is probably not for you if this is the case!)

  Very charming house with great facilities but very uphill with lots of steps

  Liked: The house was lovely and very charming. It has everything we needed including two bathrooms and three toilets which was great. The beds were comfortable. Air con in the attic was a godsend as the weather was very hot but fans everywhere else were equally helpful with the heat. The car parking place was good as we did not have to pay for parking but a bit awkward to get suitcases to and from the property.

  Disliked: Staircase as very narrow which was a bit hard for suitcases. It stated in the advert that there was a sofa bed in one of the rooms which is why i booked but when we got there there was not one, so two of our party had to share a bed which was not ideal. very hilly to get from town to house and then lots of stairs and uphill to car so nt very suitable for people with mobility difficulties. We played games at night in the dining room and the light in there was not very good for this.

  An ideal place to stay when visiting Cochem

  Liked: We really enjoyed being right in the center of Cochem. The rooms were spacious and everything we needed was available. The host was very responsive and helpful.
