  Short stay

  Liked: We liked the location and the basic cleanliness of the room

  Disliked: There were 2 blinds missing, which made the lights outside able to shine into the room throughout the night. The lights were not turned off until 7am. We understand that it was in the center to expected some noise, however, we didn't realise the road turned into an access road for all of the hotels and bars. We were told on the inventory that there would be toiletries, however, there were none so we went and bought some. The mattress was very soft and uncomfortable.

  Not a traditional hotel and there is no front desk staff to help you

  Liked: Good location

  Disliked: No wifi. We had been given two different wifi addresses and passwords and neither worked. Tried to contact the hotel/staff and the phone numbers we were given didn’t work.

  It was very loud hard for people to sleep

  Liked: We had trouble checking in and finding the room where we used to having a receptionist on duty

  Good stay but horrible staff/management

  Liked: Place is accessible easily from train station, has diners nearby and also the room was big with enough furnitures.

  Disliked: The phone number mentioned on the email is useless because it was not accessible. They also did not reply to email. The house number where the keys were stored was 4 but the email mentioned 2 and we spent 30min to open the locker because it was not mentioned well.

  Clean room. Good value. But probably wouldn’t stay for longer than one night

  Liked: The location is great, right next to the historic St. Martin church and close to the Marktplatz. The castle is also only a 15-minute walk away. The room itself was clean.

  Disliked: Due to it being the weekend of the Burgfest, it was difficult to find parking close to the property. We ended up parking in the public parking area on Pinnerstr., which was a 10 minute walk over cobblestones with a suitcase. Also, note that there is no reception desk. You will be sent an email with the entrance code and your room number the day of your arrival, so make sure you are able to access your email. Additionally, the room is not equipped with a/c. We tried cooling down the room by opening the windows, which worked for a little bit until cigarette smoke from the pedestrian area below made its way into the room and we had to close them. Note: There are public bathrooms across the road, so lots of people hanging out in that area. Sleeping in is also not an option as you will be woken up by the church bells next door.

  Slechtste ervaring ooit

  Disliked: Helaas was dit een van de minst schone hotelkamers waarin wij ooit hebben verbleven. Bij aankomst lag er overal een dikke laag stof. Het bed, de vensterbanken en het raam zaten vol stof en er lagen zelfs dode insecten in het raam. De prullenbak was niet geleegd, er stond een gebruikte beker bij de wastafel en het hoeslaken bevatte vieze vlekken. Daarnaast hadden twee ramen geen verduistering, waardoor de kamer al vroeg volledig licht was. Het voelde alsof de kamer vóór onze aankomst niet was schoongemaakt. De accommodatie verklaarde dit met het warme en droge weer, maar dat verklaart uiteraard niet de niet-geleegde prullenbak, de gebruikte beker, de vlekken in het beddengoed of de dode insecten. Er werd slechts €20 compensatie aangeboden, wat wij gezien de staat van de kamer onvoldoende vonden. Erg teleurstellend, zeker omdat wij met twee senioren reisden en een schoon en comfortabel verblijf verwachtten. Helaas kunnen wij deze accommodatie daarom niet aanbevelen.
