  Liked: Although we did not meet the host he seemed very attentive and could message him about any issues. The bed was very comfy and the location was great it is on the water front but away from the town so nice and quiet. There was also a handy fridge full of fizzy drinks and beer/ wine with an honesty box to pay with cash.

  Disliked: Not a lot of amenities at all. There were jars of coffee out of the room but with pretty much nothing in them. Couldn’t sit on the toilet properly as there is a fridge in the way. Loud repair works from 7am onwards.

  Beautiful view but needs refurbishment

  Liked: Amazing view of the castle from the guesthouse.

  Disliked: It needs some renovation and refurbishment (shower handle broke, fridge was in the toilet which we found it really strange).

  Liked: Wonderful location right across the Cochem castle.

  Disliked: The apartment needs some renovation / investment on new materials (bed linens, fixtures etc) and deep cleaning. It's situated in such a beautiful place and if maintained well, it will be a wonderful accommodation for travelers.

  Liked: The bed and bathroom were clean. The location is good and close to the river and the city center. There is a refrigerator inside the building where you can buy water, beer, or wein.

  Disliked: Our stay wasn't pleasant. We have communicated our issues with the host via booking.com and their WhatsApp, but unfortunately, no action were taken. There was no proper air conditioning, so it made it impossible to stay inside during the day. Even at nights, the heat didn't let us have a proper sleep. The Wifi connection was terrible and had no use to us. No shampoo or body gel is provided, so be aware that you need to bring or buy one.

  It was fine, but very expensive for the service provided

  Liked: The location is the best about this place

  Disliked: The room was a bit small and not very new, towels were very thin and old, not even soap for showering.

  Bathroom amenities is missing/ not enough

  Liked: Location, big well fitted kitchen.

  Disliked: Lack of communication. No shampoo/bathgel in the washroom. Only a half roll of toilet paper is provided in the toilet.
