  We had a comfortable stay in Cochem and felt close to all the activities in the town

  Liked: The breakfast room was the hotel pizzeria and was just the right size for the size of the hotel.

  Liked: Good value. good spot. nice people. Recommended in touristy Cochem

  Disliked: entrance via staircase is mainly used. If you need an elevator look for some other place (as the elevator is mainly used for the restaurant)

  Hot stuffy rooms, lack of any service from staff, abysmal parking facilities

  Liked: Location but that’s about it.

  Disliked: Rooms exceedingly hot with a very ineffective fan. Whilst we had paid in full (non refundable) for a room for a guest who didn’t come due to ill health, the staff refused to give us the spare fan that was in his room despite us having paid for his room in full. Staff seem fairly indifferent and non plussed. Not poor service- there was NO service. Parking is a complete nightmare so if you have a car or motorcycles AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We spent over an hour searching for parking and the hotel staff were of little use with no guidance.

  Liked: Great location, very nice views and close to all the action. Room was clean and efficient.

  Disliked: The check-in process was confusing. You have to check in via the restaurant on second floor. Elevator was broken and finding the stairway was not obvious. This should have been clearer. While the property is a great location, it can be noisy. Just be prepared with earplugs.

  Liked: Clean, in a great location, and excellent breakfast.

  Disliked: No elevator and steep stairs were difficult with luggage. My room was on the top floor and it was extremely hot. It’s a busy area and lots of noise from revelers out late.
