  One of our favourite spots in Germany with plenty of places to visit nearby

  Liked: Good position. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast buffet and evening meals. Good wine list. Everywhere well maintained and clean. Easy parking.

  Liked: Hotel very well placed if you want to stay a bit away from the centre. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff is very kind and helpful. We will come back for sure!

  A place to stay

  Liked: The breakfast was really good

  Disliked: The curtains were very dirty, and the couch had bugs crawling on it either from the window or from who knows. The window to the balcony was broken and also had the handle broken off so it was partially open the entire time which felt unsafe. Also when we asked for towels for the sauna they never had any available which was frustrating

  Liked: Lovely helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and Great Room. We would love to stay again one day.

  Disliked: Not the hotels fault but so many people smoking outside in the garden made it uncomfortable to sit on balcony. Be lovely if towels in room were larger and maybe dressing gowns as the hotel has spa facilities.

  Lovely hotel in a great location - facilities could be made better but overall happy with our stay

  Liked: Lovely hotel situated on the outskirts of town overlooking the Moselle.

  Disliked: No facilities to have water for the room and the vending machine was broken to but soft drinks however charged quite highly for a bottle of Coke / water from the bar. Bar is cash only? Staff not the friendliest but were polite and assisted where they could.
