  Ok nothing memorable or noticeable, poor limited amenities in room

  Disliked: 200 euros a night and No mini bar or quick bite items, not even a water bottle, no fridge, no coffee maker just a basic hotel that you get in a 70 euro a night hotel. Breakfast was ok no live counter nothing more than what you get in a 90 euro a night hotel. So basically a grossly overpriced stay.

  Avoid Hampton by Hilton Düsseldorf – extremely unprofessional service, unacceptable treatment

  Disliked: Extremely Disappointing Experience at Hampton by Hilton Düsseldorf Our stay at Hampton by Hilton Düsseldorf was deeply disappointing and fell far below the standards expected from an internationally recognised hotel brand. At check-in, the receptionist failed to properly explain the room details. After we requested a room change, we were subsequently informed that an additional charge would apply simply because we had sat on the bed in the original room. This was unreasonable, unacceptable, and certainly not how guests should be treated. The breakfast service was equally disappointing, with unfriendly staff who could not even offer a simple morning greeting. However, the most frustrating experience involved the floor manager. Rather than professionally mediating the situation and resolving the disturbance, the floor manager displayed an unacceptable lack of courtesy, respect, and basic professionalism. Instead of calming things down, their attitude escalated the situation and completely ruined what should have been a special and memorable evening celebrating a birthday. A manager should be setting an example of professionalism and hospitality, not making an already unpleasant situation worse. Having visited Düsseldorf many times and stayed in hotels across numerous countries, I can confidently say that this was one of the worst hospitality experiences I have encountered. Management should seriously reconsider its approach to customer service and staff professionalism. Respect, privacy, courtesy, and hospitality are basic expectations in any hotel, not privileges. Based on our experience, I strongly advise future guests to think twice before booking this hotel.
