  Liked: Very comfortable, good-value hotel not far from the Kraemerbruecke and historic Altstadt with friendly, welcoming staff who speak good English. Good-sized room and enjoyable buffet breakfast offering a good choice of options.

  lovely city centre hotel

  Liked: the beds were very comfortable and a variety of pillows / duvets were available if you wished. The bathroom was lovely and large and well lit. Wifi was no problem. The breakfast buffet was very good with an assortment of coffee/tea available. The hotel is very centrally located for exploring the city.

  Disliked: The room was very warm. The entrance to the underground carpark is very narrow and as such we were unable to use the space given as we could not get a medium sized car through the entrance (VW Tiguan). The room, 105, was located very close to the bar and it got very loud later in the evening with a larger group in the bar.It would have been nice to have had the possibility to make a cup of coffee / tea in the room - given the price of the room, I expect tea/coffee facilities.The room fridge had been removed from the cupboard.

  Place could be fine if they upgrade the service and breakfast

  Liked: Location is good.

  Disliked: Stayed two nights and the room wasnt cleaned due apparently to a shortage of staff. Poor breakfast in terms of products quality and service which was completely inconsistent on the first day. The breakfast is served in a nice local restaurant next to the hotel. I Initially planed to try the restaurant but because of the poor breakfast experience i decided not to go.

Good to know

Private parking is available in the hotel's underground garage for an additional fee (maximum vehicle height of 69 in). Simply ring the bell outside to open the garage door.

Reservations are recommended for the restaurant.

Please note that the entrance of the hotel is at Weitergasse 26. Guests using satellite navigation are advised to enter "Marstallstraße", which connects to Barfüßerstr- and then take a right into the Weitergasse.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
