  Great value for money

  Liked: Staff was very friendly, room and bathroom is great and the free goodies in the bar fridge is a winner.

  Disliked: The location is not great as there are a lot of roadworks currently so access is difficult and 2 elevators were out of service

  Liked: They style, the staff was A+, the the proximity, and the availability.

  Disliked: The neighborhood looks a bit rough. Nothing the hotel can do about that, though. The inside and right outside the front was well kept and the staff didn't allow people to just linger in front so the hotel felt really safe.

  Very good

  Liked: An excellent 4-star hotel which provides a free mini bar. Clean and comfortable. They provide everything you need. Close to train station.

  Disliked: Very expensive and difficult to find at night time.

  4 nights in hell

  Liked: Natalie on reception and her colleague were great

  Disliked: It’s in the middle of drug addicts, homelessness and red light area with them outside the door and on approach roads. Described to us as zombie land. The restaurant hides under the 25 hours banner but is separate and very poor and very rude. The march of mice raised the question of hygiene and exactly what extras might be served with food. Sadly all these failures appear to be known but fail to mention on booking sites.
