The Adina Apartment Hotel Neuer Oper was spacious and comfortable, and conveniently located

Liked: The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The hotel was conveniently located withing walking distance from the train station and the art gallery. I appreciated a dip in the pool, on the same level as reception, after a hot day of sightseeing. The kitchen area and large dining table was an added bonus. When I contacted staff about a couple of things in the apartment, the response was prompt and courteous.

Disliked: The hotel was being refurbished, but it didn't cause any inconvenience during my stay.

  Liked: Location was good.

Disliked: A few days before we arrived, we received an email that said there would be construction projects with minimal impact to guests. Not true. The pool and sauna closed the day we wanted to use it with no notice. The website said all the rooms had washers. Not true. They accommodated us with access to room that had a washer. Check in was messed up. They gave my room to my sister in law and told me I didn't have a room. Just frustrating.

Wish I could have stayed longer; unfortunately I had to leave early in the morning

Liked: Clean. Modern. Roomy. Kitchenette. Nice view. Ventilation. Good temperature controls. Able to drop of bags in morning and check in later. Coffee pods!!! Yea!

Disliked: Had problems connecting by phone. I was routed to Adina in Nurnberg and they were not responsive with forwarding me to Adina Frankfurt.

  Good location, acceptable stay

  Liked: Check in.

Disliked: The in-room washing machine stained my white shirt and had previous occupants clothing in it. Did not find out that the place was under construction until after I booked. No way to access the hotel car loading zone due to construction.

  Pleasant stay at the Adena

Liked: It was close to the river, so a nice walk along the river was pleasant. The beds were comfortable, kitchen wasn't much use as had no pots, cutlery or plates. Had a microwave and stove but couldn't use any of it which was odd. Had glasses, coffee cups, a kettle and best of all a coffee machine. Bathroom was great. Deep bath, a bit of a step getting out though. Breakfast was fabulous and the staff running that were the friendliest of all.

Disliked: No cooking utensils, no cutlery or Dinnerware.
