Convenient location with shops and restaurants nearby

Liked: Location is good in the sense that it is very near to Frankfurt Hbf, and public transport facilities. Room was clean and comfortable.

Disliked: Location is bad in the sense that it is in a sleazy immediate neighborhood. Occasional loud noises just outside the hotel at the middle of the night. To be fair, the vagrants on the streets do not pose any risk to hotel guests. The city authorities are unable to clean up the area. Breakfast is basic with no cooked food eg scrambled eggs, omelette.

Liked: All was in order, except the issue of not having a receptionist between 22:00 to 10:00 hours.

Disliked: Forgot the room key inside the room past 22:00 hours and could not be helped. This resulted in me making payment for one night stay at a nearby hotel. Otherwise, this was a serious pain point.

  Liked: Great staff and location.

Disliked: The location was great, close to the train station and city center but it was a little dangerous outside the hotel.

Clean, safe, quiet and good value for money. Not much else you can ask for

Liked: This is a clean, well run hotel very close to the Hauptbanhof. The check in staff were very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was typisch Deutsch. I've stayed here before and have always been satisfied with my stay

Disliked: The neighbourhood. It's quite seedy
