Liked: not bad overall, reception staff was helpful in some cases

Disliked: The breakfast was ok, but the very same every day. Some change in menu is needed. No pastries/baked sweets.; can be added. The hotel management was not flexible in a few issues - fort example, providing a receipt the way they know the U.S. Consulate requires, even if you book it via booking com and do not let them beforehand that you are U.S. Consulate employee/. Also those who had not informed them by email separately were not provided dinner vouchers on the spot as others. I urge hotel management to be more flexible. This is the very first time even in Europe that they hotel so adamantly refuses to issue an invoice according to the needs of the customer. The staff is very pokerfaced and rude, especially in my last communication with them. I have travelled much for work, and in other hotels they have been able to provide the receipt breakdown exactly as requested,

Passable for one night, but not more

Liked: The hotel is easy to reach by car and is well connected to the city centre by public transport. Breakfast was also very good.

Disliked: The windows do nothing at all to keep the street noises out. You hear every siren, every car, every passing person talking loud. Keep in mind that this is Frankfurt. It felt as if the window stood open the entire night. One of the towels also smelled.
