Disliked: My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below my expectations. From the very beginning, things went wrong when I was given a room that was already occupied and the hotel has no elevator, plus the location isn’t convenient. The worst part was the unacceptable treatment from the receptionist on my last day. I had been working many hours and hard and accidentally forgot to check out on time, returning a few hours later. Instead of handling it calmly and professionally, she spoke to me in an extremely rude and aggressive way, even saying, “Are you kidding me? You did this on purpose!” When I asked to speak to the manager to report her behaviour, she refused to let me do so. I wasn't given the chance to explain my situation or raise my concerns. This attitude was absolutely unacceptable. Overall, this hotel failed to meet my expectations in comfort and service, and being treated so disrespectfully made the experience even worse. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel and would never stay here again. This is no way to treat a paying guest by throwing them out. He even shouted at me that I had 10 minutes to get my things out of the room or he would call the police. I am a person with a working position and it is unacceptable to handle a situation like this in this way.

Disliked: The refrigerator in my room was not working, and i informed the front desk over and over again, and no one did nothing about. Also the wifi connection was very bad, i could only connect to it when i was on the stairs or in front of the building, as soon as i enterred my room the connection was cut.
