  A lovely older hotel close to transport

  Liked: An lovely older hotel with comfortable rooms close to transport and city restaurants. Helpful friendly staff.

  Disliked: The rooms were dated. Lift did not work and the area can be rough

  Disliked: the hotel send a mail only one day before estimated arrival, cancelling the stay. this was without any real explanation, stating that they “could not provide their usual service standard” and therefore have to close… whatever that means. No additional offers to compensate for the extreme inconvenience.

  You got what you paid for, and all the basics are there

  Liked: Toilet is rather new and clean.

  Disliked: The elevator was broken. There’s no kettle when I need hot drinking water.

  Liked: they send me other hotel its good hotel but it's to far fotlr me i spending more money for taxi every day this is not good before I booked why you didn't told me I don't like they don't have respect 😒

  Liked: If you're going to Frankfurt, looking for a good hotel, but don't want to spend to much money: this is the place! Spotless clean, central, large rooms, nice staff and fully equipped. There's no chance you find better budget hotel.

  Disliked: The elevator was out of order:-(

  Liked: Good location, great shower, and nice staircase material choice. The bed was comfortable and there were black out curtains.

  Disliked: The room was smelly, the heat was not turned on when I arrived, black single hairs on the toilet and in the bed, safe not functioning, and the elevator was out of order.
