  Spacious and clean apartment, Great choice

  Liked: The owner of the apartment thought of everything. The initial entry was simple and easy. We were able to get in at any point after check in time easily with precise instructions. The keys to the apartment were waiting for us when we entered. If we had any questions, they were answered quickly. The owner was very helpful with information as to how to travel from the airport, where to store our luggage until check in time, and even providing early drop off of our luggage at the apartment before check in. Frankfurt appears to be a big walking city and the walk from the main train station to the apartment was short and easy. It was also about a twenty minutes walk to most sites in the city so the location was superb. The entire apartment was spotless. Everything we needed was there. The apartment was also a great use of space which we enjoyed. We were 4 adults and felt very comfortable in the space, including 4 separate beds. The bathroom was huge and clean. There was even a second exit from the apartment with less steps. Definitely an A+!

  Disliked: The only negative would be that there is a little sketchy area of town about a block away from the apartment. Once we knew this, it wasn't a problem. We just knew to walk one block out of our way to walk around that area. Also, the lighting in the kitchen was a bit dim but great everywhere else. We actually moved one of the little lamps from one of the bedrooms to the kitchen for our stay which solved that problem

  Disappointing

  Liked: Spacious and good location.

  Disliked: Difficult check in, the apartment was dusty and dirty and the paint on several walls was peeling and swollen. When we arrived, we found bathroom towels placed in mop buckets and along the wall at the back entrance. Overall everything felt dirty.

  Great unit for a larger group or if you’re tired of hotel rooms

  Liked: We stayed here after about a week of travel and I was with my mother and grandma. It was a welcome change from a normal hotel. It was spacious, very clean and packed with small luxuries like a coffee machine, umbrellas, streaming services, etc. I was in a great area, close to the main train station, restaurants, and the river front. The host was also really responsive and helpful.

  Disliked: Nothing major, overall great experience. The only negative was entrance to the unit. The stairway and hallway was not the most welcoming.

  Great place for a short stay in Frankfurt

  Liked: The apartment is spacious, very clean, with temperature controlled floors. Great bathroom and shower, great location - 10min walk from central train station and walking distance to all the sightseeing.

  Disliked: The area around is a bit shady: we saw a car with smashed windows in front of the building when we got out one morning. Also the apartment is in the basement and has a back door in the living room: convenient for smokers and to bring out trash, but this back door is not well insulated, so it was kinda chilly in the living room.

  Great house for couples and families

  Liked: The apartment was cosy, clean and spacious. We struggled to open the lock of the door and the host was kind enough to drive down and assist us with it even though he was a fair distance away. Very nice host with prompt replies and great house! Definitely recommend for anyone staying in Frankfurt as it was not far from the Frankfurt Central Station too.
