Clean & quite very basic hotel

  Liked: Quiet & clean

Disliked: The receptionist, who was kind and polite, was available only at certain times, and I did not receive clear information about the hotel’s facilities, such as whether a kitchen was available. The room was quite small and lacked some basic amenities like a fridge or a kettle for boiling water. In addition, the hotel is not located close to a metro station, which might be inconvenient for some travelers. I also had to extend my stay for an extra night, as there was no option to store my luggage until I finished my business meetings in the afternoon. This was rather disappointing and could be an area for improvement in guest service.
