Liked: Not too many things, the bed was solid and the elevator fast.

Disliked: No pool, no fridge, the power from the fridge was cut with scissors, some weird metal lock was half torn off the door, breakfast had no options, we thought Crown Plaza was wow everywhere but this was disappointing.

It was very unpleasant and I’m glad to put it behind me

Liked: The property was perfectly located against the event I booked the hotel to attend.

Disliked: The staff member I encountered was standoffish and rude. They ruined the stay for me by refusing to provide me a service I paid for in advance and subsequently told they don’t have the time to deal with me even though I tried to stay as polite as I could. They were angry at me for „wasting” their valuable time.

  Hotelzimmer gut, Betten sehr bequem

Liked: Gute Anbindung zur Straßenbahn und Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Klimaanlage funktioniert.

Disliked: Kühlschrank war abgeklemmt, Stecker abgeschnitten. Badewanne statt Dusche.
