  Negative, absolute unpleasant stay

  Liked: -

Disliked: There was not heating working in the hotel with outside temperature touching low with 5 °C. It was very cold in the room and there was no reaction from the hotel. Stayed four nights in the cold, that was not pleasent. No response from the hotel, when complaint made on booking message with solutions proposed from my side.

As always, I have been there regularly for over 7 years already

  Liked: Room booking and price

Disliked: tremendous price increase compared to before of the breakfast. Used to be €10,00, now suddenly near € 20,00. We had dinner in a restaurant in the evening for that price. This should not be. Breakfast should be cheaper and maybe a bit more sober.

Liked: the hotel is well located.

Disliked: the room is quite barren without a hot water kettle. i was put in a road-side room for the weekend stay and it was quite noisy. as a light sleeper, i found it difficult and when i asked the receptionist to change a room, very disappointingly, he just told me no room available. luckily or unluckily the room i was put into also had shower water sewage issue and water all came out of the shower cabin. then the receptionist agreed to put me in a different room.

Very content and relaxing even though it was a work trip

Liked: The breakfast and the location and the overall vibe, including the services in the lobby which were very welcoming.

Disliked: There was not enough light in the room and I thought it was weird that we were charged for tea in the lobby.

Disliked: AC didn’t even have a button; was fully broken and windows weren’t good so you could hear everything
