  Decent location, but cleanliness, hospitality, and customer service need improvement

  Liked: The location is convenient and reasonably good, although not exceptional. The staff is generally friendly, and the property offers basic accommodations for a short stay.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, the overall hospitality and customer service fell short of our expectations. While the staff was generally friendly, they didn't seem particularly customer-oriented. The front desk staff had limited English proficiency, and the morning staff was not very helpful. None of the housekeeping staff we encountered spoke English, which made even basic communication difficult. Room cleanliness was acceptable but could definitely be improved. The restaurant staff also lacked warmth and attentiveness, providing very basic service without much effort to make guests feel welcome. Overall, the property would benefit from better staff training, improved communication, and greater attention to customer service.

The hotel had a lively and youthful atmosphere, which made it feel different from a typical hotel. The comfortable rooms, beautiful interior design, and overall atmosphere made our stay very enjoyable.

  Disliked: Additionally, having a small fridge in the room would have been a nice extra and would have made the stay even more convenient.
