Clean, modern, close to the airport, great for travellers, but impersonal

Disliked: The staff we encountered weren't engaged with their customers. We felt we were a burden to them. Except the restaurant maitre di who was overly pushy trying to make us take a table to eat there when all we wanted to do was look to see if it suited us. We ate elsewhere.

There are a lot of hotels in that vicinity and you can choose one with better service

Liked: Location is very good as it's only few minutes walk to train station to airport and town centre

Disliked: Housekeeping is very poor. We left our room at 12 noon and left the card for the make-up room on the door. We returned at 7 pm and the room was not attended.
