  Great during the day, kind of dangerous at night

  Liked: The room was clean and the location was good (I needed to go to the Messe).

  Disliked: I paid twice as much for early check in. I am supposed to get a 30€ refund, but I still haven’t received it. It’s been a month.

  Bad. Won’t rebook this hotel in the future

  Liked: Good location and check in made easy.

  Disliked: My fire alarm was taped over with red tape, making me worried that if a fire broke out I wouldn’t be warned as I wasn’t sure the fire alarm worked or not. At 4am the room above also started moving furniture, leading to me being up 1.5 hours due to the loud and constant noise of heavy furniture being moved. The sink in the bathroom was also full of hair so while the room felt clean on the surface, a deeper clean might be needed. I’ve stayed here for the last few years and always been very happy, but this was the last time I’ll book this hotel as it simply wasn’t a nice experience this time.

  Liked: Comfy room with all the facilities in good condition.

  Disliked: The area was not the best around the city and didn’t have a room cleaning service for 5 nights of staying there.

  Good variant for a one night stay, close to Hauptbahnhof. Good value for money, but might be a bit cleaner
