  Perfect location just for lodging

  Liked: Location Location and I started to like the concept of self check-in, but when it works perfectly and when there is fast communication when there is a problem. A minimalist hotel, nothing fancy or bad. A good place if you have a lot to do and want a place to sleep in the heart of the shopping area and for outings.

  Disliked: It's the fourth time I've come to the hotel, which means I like it. This time, it didn't meet my expectations. I asked for a kettle... no one answered, but after two days they put one (Thank you). The elevator was broken for the last two days; I sent 4 messages, and no one answered or apologised. I have bad knees and had to pay someone to take my bags down the stairs. Problems happen, but communication is key, especially with self check-in.

  Liked: The bed was uncomfortable—so much so that I had to leave several hours early. The curtains were dirty, the room was cold, the TV was broken, the walls were damaged/peeling, and the carpeting was extremely filthy.
