  Perfect location and price and friendly staff

  Liked: The price, the location (close to the train station and only a 20 minute walk to the main shopping area of Frankfurt and there are plenty of restaurants and shops near the hotel). The staff were friendly and polite too. Very quick check-in and check-out procedure.

  Disliked: I have stayed at this hotel twice before and each time the TV didn’t work properly. This time it was really good. Huge choice of channels. Unfortunately BBC 1 had a picture but no audio!! Maybe the lack of a hair dryer and kettle were negative points, but not a big deal! Price and location and cleanliness are most important for me.

  A nice room for one person as long as you're not claustrophobic

  Liked: I liked the location because it was close to the Frankfurt Haughbahnhof and walking distance from the Opera house. It also had helpful and accommodating and understanding staff. The room was cozy and I liked the fact that you had to turn the lights on with your key card. That made it easy to grab your card when you left the room. Also saving electricity like that since you couldn't leave a light on may be one reason the price was so reasonable considering it's location.

  Disliked: There wasn't any breakfast at this location 😕. I had to walk a mile to get to the nearest cafe with items that I could eat since I have a sensitive stomach and food allergies. On the way back since all the skyscrapers looked the same I got lost and it took me a long time to get back. Luckily, there were plenty of signs for the Haughbahnhof so I made my way back there then used my saved directions from there to the hotel to find my way back. In my room, the window had a faulty latch and didn't close completely letting cool air in at night. The sliding wooden privacy panel minimized most of it and I liked the privacy it provided. My room was clean except for an outlet that had used gum stuck in it. Yuck 🤮. Also the peephole in the door was missing. There was a hole where it should have been. For privacy I took some tissues and stuff them into the empty space so people passing by couldn't see in. I also felt like a sardine in a can because the room seemed small even for one person. I don't like closed in places though so it could have just be me thinking it was too small.

  Good stay

  Liked: Clean modern room, great view to the city, nearby station. No nonsense clear communication from the staff.

  Disliked: Almost nothing bad to say about the stay itself, except the door of the shower leaks water on the floor. I do not mind 'the darkness' of area's around big train stations, some people can be intimidated by this environment.
