DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT STAYING THERE

Disliked: The whole place was full of crackheads, cockroaches and didn't feel safe there at all, on top of that the management never responded to my email about a refund.

  Poor

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful.

Disliked: We were sent into a different hotel on the check in. I guess it had the same owner and the same low standard.

Liked: Disgusting area, full of dirty, litter, druggies and prostitutes. The staff had average customer service skills, but the building is dirty, full of needles and blood, and the morning after the streets are trashy and so unsafe. Luckily its close to the town centre and historic square by walk but don't travel on your own. Defintely will be checking on google maps more thoroughly next time whne booking hotels.
