Location good. Hotel room temperature too hot and not possible to change

Liked: Location is great. Rooms are big and modern.

Disliked: Room too hot and not possible to change. Front desk said heat on and not possible to change. Couldn’t keep windows open due to street noise. A bit frustrating. Not very helpful response from hotel. Expected more given price

Very nice, fair price, river view. Highly recommended

Liked: Clean, spacious, very good shower, elevator is big and has 2 elevators (no long waiting time at morning time), nice river view.

Disliked: The room is not very warm in November if you take my Asian view. But staffs are very helpful and have given us a moveable radiator which helped a lot. We also found the breakfast a bit expensive if you are not on business trip, so we went to outside bakeries. In November we closed the window of course, but in summer you might find it noisy as the street downstairs is busy.
