  Avoid!!!

  Disliked: One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had, especially from a brand like Hyatt! Check-in took an unbelievable 20 minutes because the staff seemed completely incompetent and couldn’t even locate my reservation or figure out which room I was supposed to have. To make matters worse, they charged both my debit and credit cards and additionally my revolut, and the money still hasn’t been refunded! The room was freezing cold, and the air conditioning system couldn’t be adjusted properly. And the shower? An absolute disaster! The showerhead was completely out of control. Taking a shower felt like wrestling a cobra! Water spraying everywhere except where it was supposed to go. For a hotel carrying the Hyatt name, this level of service and maintenance is simply embarrassing. Terrible service, unacceptable billing practices, and a room that fails even the most basic comfort standards. Definitely not what you expect from Hyatt. Extremely disappointing!

  Overall goo but the temp in the room too warm so glad it was only 1 night

  Liked: Easy access from airport. Great breakfast. Very clean.

  Disliked: The air conditioning in the room was not adjustable. It was set to 22deg C, tried many times to drop the temperature to 20deg but it wouldn’t drop below 22. Was way too hot at night under the quilt. No top sheet either to sleep just with a sheet.

  Never again

  Liked: Breakfast and the kind breakfast staff

  Disliked: Our brandnew VW ID4 could not be charged at not 1, not 2 machines in the garage. We called up front. ( is was late) Had to make the reservation first before they would made up the sleep sofa for our kids. When at the reception, the mister did not gave us a room with the made up beds. We saw it when we arrived at the room. Upset as I was, i came back to the the reception mister. He asked me at what time I called. I proved him and showed my phone. He walked a few meters away and called his colleague. Then we instantly got the room next door. Hé asked did you use the room? We are speaking about seconds we were in that room. He did not Apologize when I said I called twice. Before we arrived. This is too disappointing. When in the correct room, the shower/bath combi had a large stain. It looked very filthy. This is not a Hyatt level. The service at the desk was not good. Nor interested. I said is that football? ( on the very loud tv) He said I am not interested in football! So rude and not client friendly. In the room I walked to the bed and I see snack left over on the Floor. It is because my children need to sleep: but never ever again Will I pay 150 euro’s for the room and 26 euro’s for a parking with a charger I can not use. Also, there was a loud beat/bass coming from a club nextdoor. What a deception this all. Do not book this hotel. You Will regret it really. We Will choose quality and sincere hospitality next time. What were positive things: The breakfast staff was kind The breakfast assortiment was generous, delicious! The hotel is nearby the Autobahn. Please note: We stayed 21-22 August with two children and two adults via Booking.com. Normally I can leave a review there. Weird, this time we couldn’t. It was up untill last month Booking asked us a review. We have contacted Booking and we ignored the direct e-mails Hyat has sent us. Booking should never have given my contact details to Hyat like that, in terms of privacy this is not oké.
